3. After the walk-through, I’ll run comps and give you a professional, competitive price suggestion.

4. I’ll connect you with a professional, complimentary staging consultation if necessary, and have professional photos taken.

5. I’ll host open houses, market your home, and get you the best offer.

Hi, I’m Tani!

I’m passionate about helping my clients buy their dream homes and sell their current homes with ease. Your home is a major asset, and I make sure my clients are making investments that will serve their unique needs and help them build wealth. 

I know this area intimately because I grew up in DFW. I stayed here for college, where I attended the University of North Texas and earned my BBA in Finance. I worked as a marketing and events manager in the DFW area, before moving into new home sales in 2005. Not the best place to be in 2008 when the housing market crashed! But we weathered the storm, and I earned my real estate license in 2014 because I knew this was my calling. 

Relationships are at the heart of every house purchase and sale, and most of my clients feel more like friends by the time we’ve closed. I’m deeply invested in making your home buying and selling process enjoyable, seamless, and efficient. When I’m not facilitating home purchases for my clients, I’m investing in single-family and multi-family properties – real estate is what I do best!
